WHAT IS A SOUND RITUAL

A Sound Ritual is a guided session of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and other soothing instruments, intuitively woven together to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a quiet return to yourself. You lie down or settle into a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work while I hold the space.

Every ritual is shaped by the people in the room. A private session is created around your energy that day, and a group session is shaped around the mood of the gathering, whether the occasion is a quiet pause with friends or a celebration that deserves a reset.

I travel with my instruments, which means your ritual can happen wherever you feel most at ease. Many sessions take place in the client's home, in a friend's living room, at a rented studio or event space, or outdoors when the weather is kind.

My approach to sound comes from the same place as my own healing journey after leaving the corporate world in 2020, when stillness, energy, and awareness helped me find my rhythm again. Sound is complementary wellness and sits alongside medical and mental health care.

An energetic reset you can feel in your whole body

GETTING READY

Preparing for the session

choose a space that feels calm

A living room, a bedroom, a covered patio, or a rented studio all work well. The most important details are enough floor space for everyone to lie down and a room that stays fairly quiet during the session.

Dress in layers

The body often cools as it relaxes, so soft layers and warm socks keep you comfortable.

bring comfort

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and an eye cover help your body settle. If you are hosting, I am happy to tell you ahead of time how many mats to gather.

eat lightly and drink water

A light meal an hour or two before the ritual helps you stay at ease, and a glass of water afterward supports you as you return.

silence your phone

A few quiet moments without notifications lets the sound reach you fully.

location

Please share the address or venue when you book, so I can plan my travel and arrive with enough time to set up the instruments and the room.
