If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to request a return.

We understand that life happens and you may not be home when your package arrives. However, our return window begins on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date, not the date the package is opened or inspected. Please make arrangements to retrieve and inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Delays due to shipping carriers, mail forwarding services, vacations, or packages left uncollected are outside of Deja Blooms Collective LLC’s control and do not extend the return eligibility period. No exceptions will be made outside of this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@dejabloomscollective.com and include your full name and order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBILE FOR RETURN OR REFUND

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Orders requested more than 10 days after the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.
Items that are not returned in their original packaging.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, cleansed, damaged, or otherwise show signs of use after delivery.
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or special-sizing items.
Digital products, downloadable files, guides, templates, courses, recordings, or other digital content once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
Gift cards.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items, including purchases made using discount codes or special promotional pricing.

Deja Blooms Collective LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@dejabloomscollective.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

EXCHANGES

Deja Blooms Collective LLC does not offer exchanges.

If an eligible item qualifies for a return under this policy, a refund may be issued after inspection. If you would like a different item, a new order must be placed separately.

SERVICE, APPOINTMENTS & SESSIONS

Due to the nature of the services offered by Deja Blooms Collective LLC, all services are non-refundable once they have been provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

QHHT® sessions
Sound healing sessions
Soul Speak® sessions
Energy clearing sessions
Workshops
Classes
Consultations
Mentorship or coaching sessions
Virtual or in-person appointments

Refunds will not be granted because a client did not experience the results they expected, did not personally resonate with the service, changed their mind, disagreed with information received, or considered the session “unworkable” after it was completed.

By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges that individual experiences vary and that no specific outcome, result, interpretation, or personal transformation can be guaranteed.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
